'Floral Shroud' is rendered on a richly patterned fabric base, using layers of acrylic, coloursoft pencil, graphite, and charcoal. Sealed with spray varnish. 
 
The figure emerges and recedes - part of the botanical print, yet distinct - inviting the viewer to look closer and question what is revealed and what remains hidden.
 
Petals drift across her features, obscuring and adorning her in equal measure. She is half revealed, half hidden — her identity woven into the blossoms themselves. The floral shroud is both tender and heavy, symbolizing how beauty can protect while also constraining. This work invites reflection on how identity can be both celebrated and obscured by the masks we wear.
