'Radiant Divide' is rendered on a richly patterned wallpaper base, using layers of acrylic, coloursoft pencil, graphite, and charcoal. Sealed with spray varnish. 

The figure emerges and recedes - part of the botanical print, yet distinct - inviting the viewer to look closer and question what is revealed and what remains hidden.

Light and shadow fracture her form, dividing what is shown from what is lived. The colours create a vibrant mask, but also a reminder of how identity can be split between inner reality and outer performance. Women often hold this tension — balancing authenticity with expectation. The work reflects how the veil is not only concealment, but also a survival strategy in navigating the world.
